We are located in Balapitiya, which is the main gateway to the Madu River. It is a short drive from popular tourist areas like Bentota (20 mins), Hikkaduwa (30 mins), and Galle (45 mins).
We operate throughout the day, but the best times are early morning (around 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM) for bird watching or late afternoon (around 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) to experience a breathtaking sunset over the Madu Ganga.
Our standard boats comfortably accommodate up to 6 to 8 passengers. If you have a larger group, we can arrange multiple boats to travel together, ensuring everyone stays close and enjoys the fun.
The boat ride covers the transport to all these locations. However, the entrance fee for the Fish Therapy spa is usually a small separate payment made directly at the farm (typically a few hundred rupees per person). Visiting the Cinnamon Island and Temple is free of charge, though donations are welcome.
